Welcome Merrilyn

Hello everyone...As you would all know from our last newsletter, Jenny Smith has left Access Recreation after 18 years and started her new position as Regional Manager at Red Cross. We wish her all the best for the future.
Our new Manager, Merrilyn Shaw, started with our team on the 23rd June. Merrilyn has been employed in the disability services sector for quite a few years - including Home Support Association and more recently, Commonwealth Carers Respite.
As can be expected Merrilyn is still trying to find her feet in her new position, but is looking forward to meeting everyone involved with Access Recreation once she settles in.
I will be taking some annual leave in September which I am really looking forward to so if you have any problems please don't hesitate to call the office and speak to Merrilyn in my absence, I am sure she will be more than happy to help you.
Well I think that's it from me for this quarter, and I cannot believe I am saying this, but our next newsletter is due out just before our Christmas closure on the 19th December.
